The assessment of fatty acid profile and oxidation stability in pork of autochthonous pig breeds
The aim of the project:- Usage of genetic variability of autochthonous pig breeds for the production of foods with high added value;- Exchange of information, provision of laboratory protocols, mutual usage of laboratory equipment, preparation of common publication and project;- Obtaining of information about meat quality from genetic resources of pigs in Czech Republic and Poland;- Support of pig genetic resources preservation and its subsequent impact on countryside development.
