Effect genetic polymorphism lipogenic enzymes on the milk fat, composition of the fatty acids in milk in small rumimants (goat, sheep)
Provider | MZE ČR |
Description | The main objective of the project is the creation of functional foods with a positive effect on human health. Furthermore, to reveal the influence of genetic variants of candidate genes for milk fat content, fatty acids in milk of small ruminants and to find genetic variants with potentially the best effect on milk composition particularly with regard to nutrient content of positive fat acids (FA). Other interests of the project will also: -verify the suitability of feed supplements on the basis of freshwater algae on the milk of small ruminants for the purpose of functional foods -evaluate the impact of freshwater algae on selected nutritional and sensory value of milk, especially the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids – Design of appropriate techniques to improve the dietary properties of dairy products from goat’s and sheep’s milk and thereby improve the application of market -selected parameters to analyze the breeding environment that may have a potential influence on the quantitative and qualitative indicators of production of small ruminants. |
