| Abstract | Were developed methods and computer alghoritms for assessment of the genetic connedtedness between management units of Czech Large White and Czech Landrace breeds. The methodGenetic Drift Variance described by Kennedy and Trus (1996) was addapted into computer program in Fortran90 for evaluating genetic connections betweenherd-year-seasons in data used for routine genetic evaluation. |
