Genomic breeding values for better resistance to clinical mastitis and claw diseases are estimated for Czech Holstein cows. Breeding values are at disposal for breeders who use the Diary of diseases and treatments for health data recording. Breeding values could be used for the construction of selection index for cows` health with the support of freeware IZdraK.
