Farmers can decide which phase nutrition (three, four or six phase nutrition) will prefer for feeding of their dairy herd. However, in all cases, it is appropriate to include the cow’s dry period to avoid milk reducing of milk production up to 20% and also milk quality parameters. Optimum phase nutrition of dairy cows can increase milk production of next lactation about 300-400 kg of milk. Therefore phase nutrition of cows needs to follow certain rules.
