| Abstract | The objective of the study was to compare meat performance of Czech Red and Czech Fleckvieh bulls slaughtered at the same age. The Czech fleckvieh bulls had higher slaughter weight, carcass weight and conformation. The killing-out proportion, fatness score, and carcass composition were comparable for both breeds. |
