| Abstract | Breeding is used for improving of efficiency of cattle husbandry. Investment into insemination should be compared with expected additional profit from increased production and other better properties of animals of the next generation. To receive replacement heifer is necessary about 6.25 inseminations. Investment into breeding is returnable only if costs for 6.25 inseminations are less than additional profit from higher production of cow during 3 lactations. |
