| Abstract | The essence of the solution is primers and a set of extension primers for detection of new identified SNPs in the signal peptide and intron I of the lipoprotein lipase gene (LPL) in goats. We developed a genotyping tool using SNaPshot minisequencing to rapidly analyse these four SNPs in goat species. |
