| Abstract | Modified procedure of agar diffusion test is suitable for screening of residues of inhibiting substances in selected liquid raw materials and foods of animal origin (milk, eggs, honey) using a filter paper with higher water absorption and larger disk sizes. This modified method has higher predicative ability and greater likelihood of capturing of residues of inhibiting substances in tested samples. |
