Abstrakt

Estimated breeding values (EBVs) and genomic enhanced breeding values (GEBVs) for milk production of young genotyped Holstein bulls were predicted using several mixed models methodologies of BLUP, including huge number of SNP markers from genetic chips. A conventional BLUP – Animal Model with fixed and random effects and relationship between animals in a form of Lactation Model or Random Regression Test-Day-Model; Ridge Regression RRBLUP calculating values for all genetic SNP markers; GBLUP using Realised Genomic Relationship; Single Step procedure ssGBLUP with entire file of nation-wide phenotype records of cows and combined pedigree and genomic relationship; and One-Step Blending procedure with deregressed proofs of bulls were used.
