Abstrakt

The aim of present study was to optimize culture conditions for pig embryos which originated either from electroactivated or in vitro fertilized oocytes. Our results indicate that the change of culture media as well as the inclusion of fetal bovine serumin the medium during the late stages of culture significantly improve the overall production of blastocysts as well as their general quality.
