Abstrakt

In the observed population of Czech Fleckvieh breed was found that genotype BB increased protein and fat contents in milk. The association between milk protein genes CSN1S1, CSN2, CSN3 and breeding values for milk production parameters was detected whileLGB locus was not significantly related to any milk production parameter. These findings can contribute to better understanding the role of observed genes in milk production parameters of Czech Fleckvieh.
