We are pleased to invite you to join our workshop „IMMUNOGENETICS AND LIVESTOCK BREEDING FOR DISEASE RESISTANCE“. The workshop will be held on 8-9 November 2022 online in two blocks from 14.00 to 18.00 (pm CET). The use of the Zoom platform is assumed. The aim of the meeting is to sum up the recent developments of immunogenetics and to explore the possibilities for the translation of this knowledge into the area of livestock breeding. In the future, the causal variation in immune genes should be integrated with the evaluation algorithms and breeding schemes.

Call for presentation:
Presentations (for 15 minutes including discussion) aimed at the progress in understanding and modelling of immune gene function and reports illustrating the current concepts in breeding for health traits are welcome.
