Jan Szmek MSc, a PhD student from the Department of Nutritional Physiology and Animal Product Quality, won the 1st place at the scientific conference NutriNet 2024 for his paper evaluating the influence of wheat variety and fat source on the performance and quality of eggs from laying hens.
The conference was held on 4 September 2024 in Brno and focused on nutrition, dietetics, nutritional physiology and health of ruminant and non-ruminant animals. The conference was organised by the Department of Animal Nutrition and Forage Production, Faculty of Agronomy, MENDELU. The event was part of the celebration of the 105th anniversary of the University foundation. |
