The missing breeding values of Holstein bull in the selection index in another country was calculating in the article. Individual breeding values in relevant bulls files were calculated on the basis of correlations as missing and then were compared with original breeding values using correlation coefficients. Average correlations in bulls with high reliability breeding values estimation in the evaluation in the case of all 34 traits in the model were 0.82 with an average standard deviation of 0.19. When only 15 traits was in the model, the average correlation was 0.72 with the standard deviation 0.26. The results show that calculating of missing breeding values based on correlations is possible with high accuracy.
