The methodology, which is intended for dairy cattle breeders, farm personnel and agricultural advisors, aims to provide comprehensive and detailed manual on how to keep the electronical evidence of diseases and treatment of dairy cattle using the new application the Diary of Diseases and Treatment, which is the only internationally compatible tool in the Czech Republic for online recording of diseases and treatment of dairy cattle. The application works on the Access to Data Platform, run by the Czech-Moravian Breeders Association, a. s. and is freely accessible to all registered users. Individual application modules offer the following features: animal diseases reporting, input the data of diseases and used medicaments, print animal reports with planned operations, overview of animals on the farm, management of used drugs, medicine stock management, and quick outcomes of herd health (eg mastitis incidence, etc.)
