The aim of the methodology was to develop a linear model for the genetic evaluation of the number of pigs’ teat, which was defined as the total number of all lesions developed on the left and right milk bars without the inclusion of intermediate stubs, and apply this linear model to the routine system of estimation of breeding values of Czech White noble breeds and Czech landrase.
