The methodology analysed the possibilities of grouping animals with unknown parents into genetic groups, all based on the available information (amount of data entering into the breeding values estimation, differences of animals at the molecular-genetic level). Based on this, a system of data preparation for the breeding values estimation was created, including modifications of the software, which will be used in the routine estimation of breeding values.
