Abstract

The nitrogen fractions provide a broader view on digestion and absorption of individual nutrients. By the nitrogen fractionation can be better formulated feed ration for ruminants, which is reflected in dairy and meat production. The study provides information about the degradability of pasture forage and concentrates. The greatest variability of B2 (intermediate degradable part of crude protein) and C (undegradable part of crude protein) fractions was declared for pasture forage. Compared to other feeds was found the highest content (P
