Abstract

Crude protein is important component in livestock nutrition. These organic substances (amino acids) are important for both organs, tissues, muscles, hair, skin, milk and enzymes and also for maintenance, growth, reproduction and lactation of animals. They also participate in the realization of genetic information, they can serve as a source of energy and with fractionations of crude protein can be coordinate entry into their digestive tract.
