The aim of the methodology was to increase the number of transferable embryos obtained using the assisted multiple ovulation and embryo transfer (MOET) and thus increase the production and availability of genetically valuable bovine animals. The methodology describes the in vitro culture of embryos that after being washed from donor are notsuitable for immediate transfer to recipient females or for long-term preservation (cryopreservation).
