Abstract

The aim of the methodology is to classify pig carcasses using the ZP method based on an updated regression equation for predicting the lean meat content constructed specifically for this method. The methodology is an output of the project QK 22020132 New methods of pig carcass classification, the aim of which was to collect the data needed to create regression equations corresponding to the current level of slaughter pigs in the Czech Republic.
