The functional sample is a complete mixed feed for chickens containing 4% hemp seed and 6% extruded linseed. Feeding this new mixed feed for fattening chickens leads not only to an improvement of in the performance and bones quality, which indicates an increase in the living conditions of breeding, but also to an increase in the deposition of substances important from the point of view of human health into the meat and thus to an extension of the stability (shelf life) of the meat. The higher price of meat enriched in this way will ensure the efficiency of the production of mixed feed and meat.
