The functional sample is a complete mixed feed for hens containing 9% waste biomass from the cleaning of seeds of a non-psychotropic hemp variety. Feeding this new mixed feed leads to an increase in egg mass production by hens, egg weight and the content of n-3 fatty acids, lutein and γ-tocopherol in egg yolks and a desirable decrease in the ratio of n-6/n-3 fatty acids, atherogenic and thrombogenic index and cholesterol content in yolks. A higher price of enriched eggs will ensure the efficiency of the production of mixed feed and eggs.
