Abstract | The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of three chicken genotypes (Dominant Sussex D104, Dominant Brown D102, Dominant Tinted D723) on meat quality characteristics of cockerels with access to pasture. The chickens were housed in mobile box on pasture from 50th to 77th day of age (stocking density 9.2 chickens per m2).
