Abstract

The silage preparation, composed of citric acid in combination with Lactobacillus plantarum, is intended to improve the aerobic stability of silage with a high dry matter content of over 50%. Citric acid (C) is prepared by dissolving 25 l of 50% citric acid in 75 l of H2O, the variant with C and Ecosyl (CE) is prepared by adding 1 kg of L. plantarum (resp. E) to C. Both are enough for 300 tons of meat. The product was created within the project MZE-RO-0718. The functional sample was manufactured by NutriVet s.r.o. Pohořelice.
