In this paper, the necessity to deal with vitamins content and their stability in preserved feed is emphasized. The next research would be focused on changes in contents of carotenes due to technological interventions and biochemical processes occurring during harvesting, conservation and storage of proteinic and semi-proteinic fodder crops.
