Abstract | The goal of the project is to deepen information and knowledge about new ways of using lupine. In 2021, silage was also created from each cultivated variety in an IBC container, which was subsequently used to determine the chemical composition and, in particular, to determine the in vivo digestibility of nutrients. Nutrient digestibility was performed on 6 rams using a two-week preparation and a four-day sampling period. In 2022, similar experiments were carried out as in 2021, with the fact that, in addition to white lupine, yellow lupine (Salut variety) was also grown. The content of NDF and ADF was highest in narrow-leaved lupine. In digestibility of OH, fiber, NDF and fat, narrow-leaved lupine silage exceeded other silages. The work was prepared with the support of grant NAZV QK21010344. |
