On May 18, 2022, the workshop was held at the Research Institute of Animal Production, v. v. i., under the auspices of the Department of Physiology of Nutrition and Production Quality. The main topic was the presentation of the analytical activities of the Department of Physiology of Nutrition and Animal Products, followed by a detailed analysis of selected cannabinoids using liquid chromatography. VÚŽV has long-term cooperation with prof. Czaudernou from Poland (Kielanowski Institute of Animal Physiology and Nutrition, Polish Academy of Sciences, 05-110 Jabłonna, Poland), who here presented the results of his work. T. Taubner’s lecture was dedicated to the presentation of the laboratory activity. The results were discussed after the presentations. The workshop was supported by the research project of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic (MZE-RO0718).
