Abstract

The aim of the work was to determine on the basis of long-term monitoring of milk yield and milking frequency in relation to the month of the year in production stables with AMS. The greatest changes in the daily milk yield per dairy cow depending on the month of the year were recorded from November to May, when the highest milking values were found. Milk yield began to decline in the summer months, but the lowest milking value was not reached until September. The frequency of milking increased from January to May, from June to August significantly decreased and from September to December the number of milkings per dairy cow increased again. The highest decrease in the number of milkings was recorded between July and August, while the highest increase in the number of milkings was observed between September and October
