Abstract

The goal was the successful transfer of embryos produced in the laboratory. The embryos come from crossbreeds of dairy cattle and the Aberdeen Angus breed. Oocytes for the production of embryos were obtained from slaughter cows of dairy breeds. Aberdeen Angus bull sperm were used for insemination, which were selected for a satisfactory combination of satisfactory meat yield and easy births. It served as a model experiment. In the first phase of the planned stage of the mentioned project, it is about the introduction and adoption of the methodological procedure of IVF production of cattle embryos, which has been achieved. In the next stages, the work team of embryo biotechnology will focus on the production of pure-blood embryos of breeds belonging to genetic resources, as well as embryos with real commercial value, which will please not only the team, but also the cattle breeders.
