Abstract | A regression formula was calculated to predict the warm carcass weight while removing the ear lobes.The carcass weigt according to the EC-standards can be predict using formula: y= 0.16162 + 1.00118 x. This formula is valid for common used crossbred hybrids in carcass weight range from 60 up to 120 kg. |
