Abstract | The invention relates to a new panel of primers for detection of the state of pluripotency of equine stem cells. Working with stem cells is currently one of the main tasks of regenerative medicine. The pluripotency of cells is currently determined by molecular markers that can be detected at the RNA level using the polymerase chain reaction using specific primers. Equine model for studying stem cells is relatively young, and therefore tools to analyze gene expression of this animal are not yet fully available. The panel includes a newly designed primers for the detection of gene expression of molecular markers LIF receptor TRA-1-60/TRA-1-81, Klf-4, and STAT3. This panel of primers is used to detect the accurate and specific determination of the gene expression of pluripotent molecular markers in the equine cells, which is important in the characterization of stem cells, especially in this animal species. |
