New evaluation systems of feeds proteins for ruminants were formulated and accepted in the second half of Twentieth Century in European states based on observations obtained in physiology of ruminant nutrition. These systems evaluate mainly amino acids intake presented as sum of amino acids, proteins, metabolizable protein etc. These systems evaluate withal level of covering of organism requirements for amino acids input according to protein amount really incoming to the small intestine.
