The aim of the study was to compare the fattening performance and slaughter value of Czech Fleckvieh and Simmental bulls. Both breeds recorded comparable growth intensity and consumption of nutrients on the production of one kilogram of gain. The resultsof the carcass composition shows that the favorable composition of carcass seen Simmental bulls.
