The goal is the methodology of genomic evaluation of selected traits of reproduction in dairy cattle using single-trait models of single step genomic evaluation of GEBV by ssGBLUP. Work of implementation of this method is now actual in several forwarded countries. Traits are age at the first insemination, age at the first calving, service period, calving interval, number of days between the first and the last insemination of the cow. These traits were not till now in the Czech Republic evaluated.
