Abstract | In addition to the beer, the brewery also exits byproducts useful in animal nutrition, namely malt flower, dough and brewer’s yeast. These products, fresh or somehow modified, have been part of livestock feed for a long time, but their composition, shelf life and processing technology are changing. The paper focuses on a more detailed analysis of the by-products of breweries and their use in animal nutrition. |
