Abstract

The aim of the study was to evaluate the colostrum quality in the dairy cattle herds in the Czech Republic based on the immunoglobulin concentration evaluation by radial immunodiffusion and refractometry, and to define the breeding factors that have a crucial impact on the colostrum quality.
