The aim of the work was to evaluate the performance of crossbreds of selected sheep breeds on the basis of performance recording databases. A total of 7051 crossbreds between dam breeds Romney (K), Romanov (R), Šumava (S) and sire breeds Berrichon du Cher (BE), Charollais (CH), Suffolk (SF), Oxford Down (OD) and Texel (T) were evaluated. Average weights of lambs at 100 days of age for each combination were observed. In the most cases, crossbreds were characterized by better growth ability compared to purebred maternal breeds.
