The Utility Model comprises a sequence-specific oligonucleotide extension primers for detecting a SNP in exon 4 of the LF gene and four SNPs in exon 3 of TLR4 gene simultaneously in goats. Method of detection of individual SNPs is performed on the principle of two separate polymerase chain reactions (PCR) and subsequent capillary electrophoresis of fluorescently labeled PCR fragments of length in the automatic 3130 DNA analyzer (Fragment Analysis used for SNaPshot methodology). The resulting genotypes for lactoferin (LF) and toll like receptor 4 (TLR4) are determined by means of software GeneMapper v.4.0.
