Proceedings of the workshop held on December 4, 2025 at the VÚŽV, v.v.i. in Prague – Uhříněves. Contains presentations on the following topics: Nutritional value of legumes tested in the project (author doc. Ing. Petr Homolka, CSc., PhD. et al.), Use of lupine seed in fattening bulls (author Ing. Luděk Bartoň, PhD.) and Use of protein catch crops (author Ing. Filip Jančík, PhD. et al.). The workshop is an output of the project „Domestic protein crops in cattle nutrition (NAZV, QK21010344). The presented results on legumes were obtained with the financial support of this project.
