Abstract

A functional prototype of a template intended for the classification of pig carcasses using the ZP method, in accordance with the newly approved regression equation for determining the percentage of lean meat by this method (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/241), reflecting the current population level of pigs slaughtered in the Czech Republic.
