It is possible to conclude that the breeder is able to decrease negative influences on mare conception when good management practices are used. The results of this study did not prove the statistically significant influence of mare’s age, insemination-ovulation interval or type of insemination dose storage. Therefore in practice in artificial insemination it is possible to obtain optimum results of mare conception by opportune timing and good technique.
