Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to obtain accurate data describing the parameters of nutritional value of pea variety Gambit and lupine variety Tango in different vegetation phases. The results show that the dry matter content increased significantly only at the fifth sampling at the waxy maturity stage, when it reached 33,7% for peas and 23,7% for lupines. There were also no statistically significant differences in nitrogen content between the crops studied, except for sampling IV. The most suitable harvest date in terms of nutritional value appears to be stage IV full green pods.
