Traditional Milk forum called 18 days before the end of quotas – the arrival on the market for approximately 450 participants (of which ca 13% foreign) held on 12 and 13 March 2015 in Andels hotel. According to organizers, the goal was to get qualified opinions forum to the new conditions in the milk sector due to the abolition of quotas and the changing demands of society and consumers in the way of milk production. It is the development of European and global markets for milk, the impact of the new situation for manufacturers, processors and politics, the impact of tighter requirements for the protection of animals at the economic indicators of milk production and others. Opinions on this and other problems based on panel discussions with invited experts from lectures and discussions on particular topics. This paper presents some views of current data, supplemented with an actualy data on milk processing.
