Abstract | A total of 5,050 thousand pig carcasses classified in accordance with the SEUROP system in the Czech Republic from 2010 to 2011 were included in the analysis. The average lean meat content and carcass weight in 2010 were 56.32 % and 88.66 kg, respectively, whereas in 2011 they were 56.46 % and 88.24 kg, respectively. |
