Use of infrared thermography in livestock

The aim of the presented work is the analysis of risk factors that influence the results of infrared thermography surface temperature measurement in farm animals, where IRT is used in the analysis of thermoregulation, heat stress assessment, disease diagnosis oestrus, pregnancy and male fertility detection, evaluation of the health status of the mammary gland, evaluation of body condition score and meat quality in slaughterhouses, determination of feed production efficiency, evaluation of the breeding environment level.
