This paper deals with the evaluation of the production and economic indicators which affected dairy cattle management during the years 2008 – 2011. The set was comprised of 48 – 55 dairy farms data. Especially the costs decline by 0.3 feed CZK / liter of milk contributed worse results in reproduction and replacement of dairy cows in long-term period. The difference of profit in the analyzed year 2011 in 49 dairy farms with the lowest (under 6 000 Kg) and the highest yield (over 9 000 Kg) was excluding subsidies 1.45 CZK per liter of milk and with the subsidies 1.03 CZK.
