Abstract

The goal of the study was to evaluate prevalence and affect of zoohygiene on parasitic load on the organism of individual animals in herds within two years, 2020 and 2021. Sheeps and goats are valuable species of livestock and due to its size, short time of gestation and rich secretion of milk, they are indispensable animals in agricultural, farmaceutical and even biomedical reserach. The goal of the work comes from a hypothesis, that regular mediacal check up of animals is a necessary part of every breeding. The study proved, that animal housing and targeted application of anthelmintic drugs has an effect on animal’s health condition. In goats‘ herds was proved resistance at individual parasitic drugs, but in sheeps‘ herds was the cure effective already since the first application. Another the goal of the study is to create information sources, which will help breeders and veterinarians to decisive based on facts.
