Every breeder of animal, deer not excluded, should aim to knows as thoroughly as possible tne biology and, therefore, the bahivou of each species of deer. Much still needs to be known about the social relationships in the behaviour of even the most common deer species. We should, therefore, always be aware od a basic rule: tje history of scientific knowledge leads to the conclusion that is self-evident in nature.
